Room 707 – Community Wellbeing Support

Room 707 is a peer-led wellbeing support programme for individuals experiencing loneliness, emotional distress, anxiety, or low mood.
The programme provides a safe, confidential, and inclusive environment where people can share experiences, feel heard, and receive encouragement through structured group sessions.
Room 707 does not provide medical or clinical counselling. Instead, it focuses on community-based peer support, emotional wellbeing, and signposting to appropriate services when necessary.
The programme is open to the public and particularly supports individuals navigating isolation, life transitions, or emotional challenges.
